    JOB TITLE: Customer Service Representative

    LOCATION: Tigard, OR

    STATUS:  Full Time- Exempt

    SALARY:  Competitive salary based on experience


    SUMMARY: Responsible for providing quality and efficient customer service to customer and client.  Receive, investigate and respond to all customer inquiries regarding shipments, products and complaints.  Accurately input and process EDI/fax orders.



    • Order entry via EDI/Fax or Email, using GenWeb. Compile, sort and verify the accuracy of data and completeness before and after order is entered.
    • Communicate with customer and/or client in order to expedite or trace shipments, inform customer of order information, such as pricing issues, shortages, shipping dates.
    • Provide feedback to Business Managers regarding service failures or customer concerns to ensure accurate and timely information on order status and/or changes.
    • Responsible for reconciling invoices on a monthly basis.
    • Perform necessary maintenance in GenWeb, such as new item set up and pricing for current clients.


    • Excellent written and oral communication skills to effectively and professionally communicate to variety of clients and customers as well as ISI associates.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and successfully handle multiple demands when faced with tight deadlines.
    • Excellent customer service skills (friendly, courteous and helpful) and willingness to go the extra mile to obtain resolution.




    • High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
    • A combination of one year of industry-related experience and/or successful work history in a service support position.
