    CLASSIFICATION: Full Time/Exempt

    SUMMARY:  Impact Group, located in the Boise, Idaho is looking at expanding its Human Resource team by adding a Recruiter. The qualified candidate will be able to work in a collaborate environment whose primary focus is Talent Acquisition.  Impact Group is a dynamic and growing leading grocery broker in the CPG industry. With multiple locations and teams situated strategically across the United States, we provide food broker representation for thousands of products from a wide array of remarkable CPG industry brands.

    The ideal candidate will collaborate with organizational leaders to understand, analyze, and support future workforce and talent acquisition needs for the Impact Group by executing the Talent Acquisition strategies necessary to achieve our business objectives and support continued growth plans. This role requires an experienced professional to interface with all levels of leadership across the organization and to successfully manage the talent acquisition process.


    • Drive full cycle Talent Acquisition operations and strategy across multiple departments in the organization (Including but not limited to: job posting optimization, recruiting marketing channel development, job board procurement, digital and non-digital employment marketing, comprehensive recruitment campaign planning and talent pipelines.
    • Create innovative and new practices for talent attraction and engagement.
    • Assist in managing, maximizing, implementing and continually improving the utilization of TA tools, methodologies, policies and procedures appropriate to the recruiting objectives. This includes, but is not limited to, applicant tracking system, motor vehicle records check, pre-employment assessments, etc.
    • Work to improve the recruitment/selection/onboarding process, so that it is innovative, candidate-friendly, and expeditious.
    • Develop and maintain networking and partnership relationships with community organizations, colleges and universities, alumni organizations, industry organizations to help identify and source qualified talent as well as share innovative recruitment strategies.
    • Educates hiring managers on the talent acquisition process, the strategic direction of talent acquisition, labor market trends, behavioral based interviewing and hiring for excellence.
    • Maintain a current knowledge and understanding of regulations, laws, best practices and new developments in Talent Acquisition and Sourcing by participating in professional conferences and educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining professional networks and participating in professional organizations.

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related area is required.
    • Minimum of 3 years of full-cycle Talent Acquisition experience.
    • General knowledge of federal and state employment laws
    • Experience in executing sourcing and staffing best practices, including passive candidate search techniques, school partnerships, and talent pool development.
