    The eCommerce Marketing Manager will be a key contributor responsible for the development and management of Amazon, Jet, Walmart, Ebay, and other 3rd party marketplaces on behalf of clients.  This role will require a proven fundamental knowledge of working with Amazon & other marketplaces.

    The ideal candidate will thrive in an entrepreneurial and high growth environment. This individual will work on behalf of Impact Group clients to grow marketplace revenue, optimize settings and options, plan and execute on marketplace opportunities and ensure performance metrics are best in class

    We seek an individual who can help develop and manage the execution of campaigns and project work as well as think strategically. 

    The eCommerce Marketing Manager will work across many eCommerce disciplines including, but not limited to:

    Responsibilities

    Marketing

    • Develop, drive and manage various marketing activities for clients
      • AMS / paid search keyword research and recommendations
      • KPI, ROAS and related reporting
    • Coordinate and ensure delivery of high-quality social media campaigns with Social Media partner
    • Develop and deploy client specific content/editorial calendars and related deliverables
      • Product descriptions, titles, ad copy
      • Articles, blogs, case studies, market survey analysis

    Business Generation

    • Maintain salesforce lead/opportunity status
    • Solicit products for sale on healthyimpact.com
    • Develop thoughtful, in-depth proposals to generate client contracts
    • Lead generation with existing Impact Group client base
    • Receive and manage inbound sales calls.    Identify potential and strategic new accounts to grow the revenue of our e-commerce business
    • Maintain and grow existing clients to retain and achieve the growth goal

    Client Management

    • Assist in the development of strategic plans and processes to ensure client growth
    • Manage ranking and search engine performance on behalf of client products
      • Perform analysis of client campaigns including account and audience segmentation, keyword analysis, backend data analysis, and other assessments
    • Monitor web site traffic reports and provide insight and recommendations to improve performance
    • Keyword research, ad copy development, bid optimization, data mining and analysis
    • Deliver and implement action plans focused on sales trends, promotional opportunities, marketing activities, search ranking improvements and conversion rate optimization
    • Establish and track key performance metrics for clients across marketplaces and implement strategies to continuously improve overall performance
    • Create a roadmap of initiatives to support strategic objectives
      • Develop and implement online marketing projects including advertising, promotion, social media and reputation management for assigned clients. 

    Marketplace Management

    • Manage and oversee all SEO implementations including on-page optimization and off page optimization tactics
    • Research, develop and implement advanced digital advertising and SEM strategies across client accounts
    • Monitor industry trends and upcoming technology, channels and online marketing strategies for new opportunities for clients across the company

    Qualifications

    • BA/BS degree; marketing, business or related field
    • Minimum 3-5 years experience in e-commerce marketing, sales or management and/or digital marketing
    • Demonstrated ability to lead projects and develop digital marketing initiatives is required: organizing, planning and executing projects from conception through implementation.
    • Advanced skills in SEO and PPC
    • In-depth knowledge of e-commerce and user experience best practices, experience managing e-commerce stores and promotions; demonstrated knowledge of Google Adwords, SEM, E-Mail and all things digital.
    • Strong analytical, project management, problem-solving, verbal/written communication, leadership and multi-tasking skills.
    • Experience with Magento2 is a huge plus.
    • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
